🎯 Requirements

2+ years designing digital products, web experiences, or marketing surfaces.
Strong UX/UI fundamentals: flows, interaction design, pixel-perfect UI.
Proven hands-on experience with video and motion design.
High visual quality and strong design judgment.
Move fast, end-to-end, and ship without heavy direction.
Fluency with Figma and motion/video tools.
