Maintain accurate inventory of all company tools and small equipment
Implement and manage tool tracking systems (barcode, RFID, or software)
Monitor tool usage, loss, and replacement needs
Conduct regular audits across all yard locations
Oversee tool distribution and availability across PA, Pittsburgh, MS, and CT yards
Coordinate movement of tools between locations based on operational needs

🎯 Requirements

3–5+ years of tool management or related operations experience
Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and utility equipment
Experience with inventory management systems and tracking tools
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, operations-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory software
