- Repair and/or fabricate cores, cavities, and components
- Handwork repairs to part details, lifters, slides, and polished cavities
- Troubleshoot production and maintenance issues
- Create and maintain mold spare parts lists
🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate
- 3+ years hands-on technician experience with tool maintenance and/or repair with plastic injection molds
- 1+ year TIG welding experience on tool steels
- 3+ years CNC machining of tool/die components
- Basic electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting
- Production mold maintenance experience for high-volume parts
