At Too Good To Go, you work on something that truly matters: together with local business owners and millions of app users, we help fight food waste. We’re looking for new Sales Waste Warriors with lots of energy and curiosity - people who genuinely want to build something meaningful.
As a B Corp, active in 20 countries since our founding in 2015 in Denmark, we have now saved over 20 million meals, equivalent to avoiding 61,430 tons of CO₂e. In Belgium, we work with a team of 30+ colleagues and connect over 3 million users with thousands of partners.
Your MissionAs a Business Developer, you play a key role in our mission. You’re the one who helps local businesses – from bakeries to neighborhood shops – join Too Good To Go. By doing so, you help them offer their unsold food to consumers through our app, fighting food waste one meal at a time.
A Typical Day Might Look Like This:No two days are the same – and that’s exactly what makes this role so exciting!You start your morning with a coffee or tea, either at our vibrant Brussels office or from the comfort of your home. At least twice a week, you’ll work from the office – with Mondays reserved for our team meeting, where we review last week’s successes and plan for the week ahead. Then you open Salesforce, check your pipeline, and start making calls. Your goal is to speak to between 40-60 business owners a day to get them excited about Too Good To Go.
On other days, you’ll hit the road – by bike, train, or Cambio – exploring Flanders. You’ll visit promising leads, inspire them, and convince them to join our app and our mission against food waste. Your goal: to connect with 40–60 entrepreneurs a day – from supermarkets to cafés – and get them excited about Too Good To Go.
Once a new partner joins, you support them through their first 28 days. You’ll make sure they’re well onboarded, ready to offer their first Surprise Bags, and equipped to make the most of our platform. You’ll be their go-to contact - the person who makes their first experience with Too Good To Go a success.
In between, you’ll update your pipeline, track your progress, and brainstorm with teammates on how to improve and grow. Of course, there’s always time for a delicious lunch or coffee break at the office. You end your day with a sense of pride – you’ve made a real impact once again!
