Token-as-a-Service Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery programs converting external infra to token supply.
• Own readiness across compute, storage, networking, security, and ops for third-party environments.
• Build integrated plans with milestones, owners, risks, and critical paths.
• Drive launch execution for new partner regions, clusters, and capacity expansions.
• Create operating mechanisms that measure capacity versus usable token output.
• Identify bottlenecks in network, hardware, or software and drive resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years in Technical/Engineering Program Management or Infra Delivery.
• Led large-scale programs in cloud, data centers, networking, hardware.
• Strong understanding of compute infra, clusters, networking, storage, prod systems.
• Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, ops, finance, and external vendors.
• Experience managing executive stakeholders and clear tradeoffs.
• Strong analytical skills for utilization, throughput, capacity, metrics.
