Equity Analyst

📋 Description

• Drive operational excellence and scalability of Toast's global equity program.
• Oversee daily equity administration, grants, tax withholding, and reconciliations.
• Deliver an exceptional employee experience; respond to inquiries with clear communication.
• Partner with Compensation and Benefits teams and 3rd party vendors to educate employees on equity.
• Manage monthly and quarterly equity close processes, including terminations and payroll/equity reconciliation.
• Ensure global regulatory compliance and mitigate risk, including data for critical SEC filings.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience, preferably in equity or payroll administration.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and Google Suite skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service through clear communication across all levels of the organization.
• Outstanding organizational and critical thinking skills; commitment to data accuracy.
• Flexible with work hours.
