Bilingual Sales Development Representative (Spanish)

📋 Description

• Manage inbound leads and multi-channel outreach (phone, email, text, social).
• Schedule 36+ demos per month for Strategic Cuisines Account Executives.
• Contribute to $45,000+ in ARR per month as a ramped rep.
• Make 65 calls per day and 100+ outreach activities (calls, emails, texts, social).
• Collaborate with SC Account Executives to ensure handoff of qualified opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach and prospect interactions in Salesforce and Salesloft.

• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience (sales internships included).
• Strong work ethic and determination to exceed goals.
• Excellent organization, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a remote environment while staying motivated and collaborative.
