Lead AML initiatives with TLV Director of Compliance Ops and TLV TMS Team Lead.
Analyze transaction data to detect potential suspicious activity under BSA/AML.
Review alerts from automated monitoring and internal escalations.
Conduct enhanced due diligence and escalate high-risk activities to senior management.
Prepare and submit SARs per local regulatory guidelines.
Work cross-functionally to improve monitoring processes.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
Professional English skills.
Understanding of US Regulations.
1-3 years AML/transaction monitoring or compliance experience.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
Excellent communication and presence with senior management.
Strong research and analytical skills.
On-site in Tel Aviv, 3 days/week; bonus: SQL experience.
