🎯 Requirements

- Experience managing files from opening through closing independently.
- Active Escrow/Title Producer license or willingness to obtain.
- Preferably reside in Florida or Tennessee.
- Excellent customer service and communication; strong problem-solving under pressure.
- Knowledge of TRID, CFPB, RESPA and state-specific requirements.
