🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of residential escrow closings experience (multi-state preferred)
- Experience managing files independently from opening to closing
- Active Escrow or Title Producer license (or willingness to obtain)
- Must reside in Eastern Standard Time
- Exceptional customer service with positive agent and client feedback
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking under time pressure
