Execute assigned title & curative workflows with accuracy.
Identify and escalate more complex files to senior team members.
Assist junior team members on basic workflow responsibilities.
Proactively meet customer needs and provide a delightful experience.
Collaborate with Supervisor to create an efficient work environment.
Work with internal and external systems to clear curative matters hindering closings.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years title & escrow experience.
Excellent communication via phone, email, and remote channels.
Ability to multitask and stay proactive.
Thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Attention to detail; knowledge of title insurance and regulatory guidelines.
Bonus: Experience with ResWare.
