Work with internal and external systems to clear curative matters hindering closing
Be tech-savvy and use multiple system resources to cure issues
Review defects in title including line adjustments, missing titleholders, liens, judgments
Review chains of title to identify clouds and clear defects
Collaborate with closing dept for proper payoffs
Order deeds to change vesting as needed for timely close

🎯 Requirements

3+ years title & escrow experience
Excellent phone, email, and remote communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay proactive
Thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Extreme attention to detail; knowledge of title insurance and regulatory guidelines
Bonus: ResWare experience and title/escrow licenses
