Review defects in Title including property line adjustments, liens, judgments.
Review chains of title to identify clouds and clear defects.
Collaborate with closing department to ensure proper payoffs.
Order deeds to change vesting for timely transactions.
Review and clear files to close.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years in title & escrow with proven success.
Excellent phone, email, face-to-face and remote communication.
Ability to multi-task and stay proactive.
Thrives in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
Attention to detail; knowledge of title insurance and regulatory guidelines.
Experience processing files in ResWare (bonus).
