We are now poised for our next phase of growth and are looking for a growth marketing leader to accelerate new customer acquisition.

About the Role :

Product Marketing Manager – Neo

As a Product Marketing Manager at Neo, you will own all customer-facing communication, shaping compelling product narratives, optimizing key user journeys, and driving lead conversion. Your work will directly impact how potential customers perceive, engage with, and adopt our platform—fueling Neo’s growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Customer Lifecycle & Engagement:
  • Develop and execute customer lifecycle campaigns to improve activation, engagement, retention, and reactivation.
  • Own and optimize in-product messaging (tooltips, modals, banners, etc.) to improve user experience and engagement.
  • Build and refine onboarding flows to ensure users quickly find value in the product.
  • Implement email, push, and in-app communication strategies to nurture users and improve retention.
  • Product & Marketing Communication:
  • Ownall customer-facing messaging, including product updates, feature launches, and announcements.
  • Craftwebsite messaging(homepage, landing pages, etc.) to clearly communicate product value and drive conversions.
  • Develop and maintaintraining materials and documentationto educate users on product features.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure messaging consistency across all channels.
  • Data & Optimization:
  • Define and track keyengagement and retention metrics.
  • ConductA/B testing and experimentationto refine messaging, subject lines, and communication strategies.
  • Leverage customer segmentation and behavioral data to createpersonalized and contextual messaging.
  • Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience, with at least 3 years in customer lifecycle management.
  • Prior experience in a B2B or SaaS company is a plus.
  • Compelling storyteller – Crafts clear, persuasive messaging that engages users and drives conversions.
  • Lifecycle marketing expert – Skilled in developing advanced CRM and business strategies, building seamless customer journeys across multiple channels, and creating targeted content to enhance onboarding, retention, and engagement.
  • Conversion-driven communicator – Writes high-impact website copy, landing pages, and in-app content that highlights Neo’s differentiators and motivates users to take action.
  • Email & Nurture Specialist – Designs and executes email campaigns and lead nurture flows that educate, engage, and convert users into trial sign-ups or paying customers.
  • Data-driven & analytical – Comfortable using data to optimize messaging and improve conversion rates.
  • Highly collaborative– Works closely with product, design, and marketing teams to build cohesive, impactful communication strategies.
