Founded in 2018 with co-headquarters in Dublin and Boston, Tines powers some of the world's most important workflows. Our orchestration, automation, and AI platform enables businesses to operate more effectively, mitigate risk, reduce tech debt, and focus on high-impact work.

Tines serves a diverse range of customers, from startups to public companies, including Canva, Databricks, Elastic, Kayak, Intercom, and McKesson. As an integrator across the entire tech stack, Tines connects with any API-enabled service. This flexibility enables our customers to achieve their highest-priority goals faster. And because Tines is secure and private by design, it’s popular with security, IT and other security-focused teams.

At Tines, we're driven by our values of Simplicity, Speed, and Soundness. We're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences while fostering a company culture that nurtures individual curiosity, growth, and integrity. We’re excited about what’s next, and we’re looking for others to join us on our journey.

We’re looking for a dynamic, strategic thinker to shape and evolve our partner program strategy. In this role, you’ll design scalable, repeatable initiatives that drive engagement across our channel partner ecosystem — empowering partners to thrive and accelerating mutual growth. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional experts from sales, marketing, product, and operations to bring programs to life — ensuring they are aligned, impactful, and continuously evolving to meet the needs of our growing ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building high-impact go-to-market strategies and a passion for creating simple, effective solutions to complex challenges. You thrive in fast-paced environments, are motivated by measurable results, and excel at bringing people together to deliver meaningful business outcomes. Your ability to navigate ambiguity, solve complex problems, and drive alignment across stakeholders will be critical to success.

What you will be doing:
  • Architect high-impact, strategic programs: Develop and launch programs with clear requirements and meaningful benefits that drive engagement, behavior, and measurable results.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and execution: Work seamlessly with internal teams (partnerships; marketing; legal; operations; sales) to co-design and operationalize programs and processes that ensure partner success.
  • Design the entire partner journey:  Create a seamless and value driven experience for our partners at every touch point, from onboarding and activation to ongoing support and expansion.
  • Own the feedback loop: Establish and maintain a feedback loop from both partners and internal stakeholders and use insights to continuously evolve our program roadmap and meet the evolving needs of our ecosytem.
  • Practice intelligence-led decision making: Set up and maintain performance tracking and reporting mechanisms to measure program effectiveness. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and continuously refine our offerings.
What you bring with you:
  • Demonstrated ability to define, develop, and execute go-to-market programs that leverage partnerships in a fast-paced, ever-evolving landscape.
  • Extensive experience working with Channel, Technology and/or Cloud partners —ideally within B2B SaaS, AI, or enterprise software environments.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution skills, with the ability to see the big picture while managing the details.
  • Track record of influencing behaviour at a variety of levels in the organization (including cross-functionally) by articulating complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage metrics, dashboards, and insights to inform continuous program optimization.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to set goals and prioritize many initiatives and opportunities with minimal guidance
  • Flexible team player comfortable with a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment
  • Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with partner relationship tools and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, PRM platforms, LMS tools).
