Job Summary
Tines is seeking a strategic and results-driven Partner Enablement Manager to help scale and evolve our partner enablement program during a critical phase of growth. In this high-impact role, you will be responsible for designing and executing education initiatives that empower our partners to successfully market, sell, and support Tines solutions.
You’ll work cross-functionally with teams across sales, product marketing, solutions engineering, and customer operations to ensure partners have the knowledge, tools and resources to drive adoption of Tines. You will own the end-to-end strategy for partner enablement—from designing certification frameworks and training materials, to rolling out scalable programs that align with our hyper-growth objectives
This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with educational excellence, thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and is passionate about building programs that drive measurable results. You should be detail-oriented and metrics obsessed, with a history of driving results and success, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment. If you’re energized by building impactful learning experiences, collaborating with diverse teams, implementing and making a real impact—this is the role for you.
