  • 8+ years of experience in partner/channel sales within a B2B software or SaaS company.
  • Proven experience growing partner ecosystems and driving measurable revenue growth.
  • Proficient in Salesforce.com.
  • Self-sufficient organizationally, working with decks, data and documents to a senior executive standard.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of partner economic models.
  • Ability to travel as needed (up to 50%).
  • Experience with executive writing, speaking, and presentation skills – small and large group presentations.
  • Experience creating business development plans and tracking KPIs rigorously.
