  • Own TikTok Shop storefront end-to-end: catalog management, content accuracy, pricing, shop health.
  • Develop and manage rolling TikTok Shop campaign calendar aligned with marketing priorities.
  • Lead product mix and assortment strategy: test SKUs, analyze performance, and decide what to push/pull/expand.
  • Stay ahead of platform events, flash sales, and promotions; identify opportunities to participate.
  • Build and lead TikTok Shop affiliate/creator program: recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing relationships.
  • Own channel reporting: track GMV, conversion, affiliate-driven revenue, and other key metrics.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in social commerce with hands-on TikTok Shop.
  • Proven experience building or scaling a TikTok Shop affiliate/creator program.
  • Hands-on experience with TikTok Seller Center and Affiliate Center.
  • Strong strategic instincts with ability to execute.
  • Data-literate; track metrics and use them to make decisions.
  • Strong communicator; build relationships with creators and stakeholders.
