📋 Description

  • Own and evolve Dr. Squatch’s TikTok strategy for growth and brand relevance.
  • Develop and execute content plans aligned with campaigns and launches.
  • Source, onboard, and guide creators; manage TikTok Live partners.
  • Create concepts, moodboards, briefs; maintain a bold brand voice.
  • Analyze content and Live performance; apply insights to strategy.
  • Collaborate with Social, Marketing, and Growth teams for campaigns.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years creating and guiding social content, focusing on TikTok.
  • 4+ years directing creators, agencies, or collaborators.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent on-camera presence and comfort performing on video.
  • Strong TikTok analytics and ability to turn insights into growth.
  • Proficient editing tools: CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, etc.
