📋 Description

• Host TikTok Live streams multiple times per week as on-camera talent.
• Educate and sell Dr. Squatch products live on TikTok.
• Entertain viewers with humor, storytelling, and interactive moments.
• Speak confidently on camera for extended live sessions (1-3 hours).
• Interact with comments in real time, answer questions, run giveaways.
• Create short-form and live content focused on TikTok.
• Produce and publish TikTok videos aligned with campaigns.
• Analyze weekly performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Suggest new TikTok Live formats and features to improve viewer experience.
• Collaborate with Social Media and Marketing on launches.
• Assist the Sr. Social Media Manager with other duties.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years creating social content; TikTok experience preferred.
• Comfortable on camera with live streams 2+ times a week.
• Comfortable with on-camera product demos (bathroom/shower settings preferred).
• Strong editing using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and TikTok editor.
• Deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, memes, audience behavior.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; connects with online community.
• Creative storyteller who educates, entertains, builds hype.
• Passion for community engagement and brand voice.
• Energetic, witty, adaptable; willing to take risks in fast-moving environment.
• Collaborative team player with positive attitude and humor.
