  • Act as focal point for customer support via voice, email, web, or live calls.
  • Provide first-line support for system outages and critical issues.
  • Triaging hardware, software, and network problems.
  • Assess customer requirements and recommend configurations.
  • Manage videoconferencing and AV systems.
  • Monitor system performance and respond proactively to errors and alerts.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Strong UC support experience.
  • MS Teams and Skype for Business expertise.
  • VoIP tech and Teams Direct Routing experience.
  • SBCs (AudioCodes, Ribbon) experience.
  • O365 and Azure familiarity.
  • Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, cloud familiarity.
  • HS diploma; 3+ yrs UC exp; certs preferred.
