- 2+ years in technical support or similar role
- Windows OS knowledge in server contexts
- Ability to write basic SQL queries (filters, joins, aggregations)
- Experience reading application and system logs
- Familiarity with HTTP/web client-server fundamentals
- Strong written communication
- Ticketing system experience (Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow)
- IIS log analysis and SSMS experience
