  • Communicate status updates clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Maintain ticket records and contribute to internal knowledge base

  • 2+ years in technical support or similar role
  • Windows OS knowledge in server contexts
  • Ability to write basic SQL queries (filters, joins, aggregations)
  • Experience reading application and system logs
  • Familiarity with HTTP/web client-server fundamentals
  • Strong written communication
  • Ticketing system experience (Jira, Zendesk, ServiceNow)
  • IIS log analysis and SSMS experience
