- Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 and management; liaise with dev team
- Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 1pm-10pm EST
π― Requirements
- 1-2 years technical customer service experience
- Experience using Zendesk CRM
- Strong oral and written communication; communicate with dev team and users
- Explain abstract concepts verbally and in writing
- Good interpersonal and organizational skills
- Preferred: 3-4 years tech customer service experience
