  • Maintain open comms with restaurant owners and guests until resolved
  • VIP white-glove support: reservations via text line for top guests
  • Escalate complex issues to Tier 3 and management; liaise with dev team
  • Schedule: Sunday-Thursday, 1pm-10pm EST

🎯 Requirements

  • 1-2 years technical customer service experience
  • Experience using Zendesk CRM
  • Strong oral and written communication; communicate with dev team and users
  • Explain abstract concepts verbally and in writing
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Preferred: 3-4 years tech customer service experience
