📋 Description

  • Provide phone and email support to clients and classify cases by severity.
  • Resolve cases using knowledge bases, manuals, and reference guides.
  • Proactively investigate and resolve issues with the support team.
  • Update knowledge base and communities with insights.
  • Own requests, provide status updates, and manage aging of cases.
  • Collaborate with product/engineering to troubleshoot payments.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Applications, CS, or related field is desired.
  • 2+ years of product support in technical, payments-related roles.
  • Experience with credit card processing.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Experience with CRM systems.
  • Ability to log and triage bugs and follow troubleshooting steps.
