- 4+ years in IT support or endpoint administration in macOS env
- Strong macOS troubleshooting for hardware, peripherals, and tools
- Experience with Google Workspace administration
- Familiarity with MDM/endpoint mgmt: Kandji, JumpCloud, Intune
- Exposure to endpoint security tools: EDR and DLP
- IAM concepts: MFA, SSO, RBAC, acct lifecycle management
