π― Requirements
- 3+ years in technical, customer-facing role; SaaS preferred
- 2+ years handling mission-critical issues and escalations
- Apple platform knowledge: MDM, DEP, profiles
- Linux OS know-how: SSH, PAM, UID/GID, package mgmt
- Windows OS knowledge: MDM, User mgmt, Registry, PowerShell
- REST APIs and scripting: Bash/PowerShell
