🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years in technical, customer-facing role; SaaS preferred
  • 2+ years handling mission-critical issues and escalations
  • Apple platform knowledge: MDM, DEP, profiles
  • Linux OS know-how: SSH, PAM, UID/GID, package mgmt
  • Windows OS knowledge: MDM, User mgmt, Registry, PowerShell
  • REST APIs and scripting: Bash/PowerShell
