📋 Description

  • Translate ambitious marketplace goals into rigorous execution, owning the business logic and infrastructure that powers growth.
  • Lead a team of operators and analysts to bridge product capabilities and customer needs.
  • Own headcount forecasting, capacity models, and staffing plans aligned to budgets.
  • Deploy AI automation and optimize the tech stack to reduce friction and scale high-touch workflows.
  • Drive cross-functional execution with Product, Sales, Service to improve retention and ROI.
  • Design, optimize, and scale fulfillment workflows linking sales commitments to product readiness.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Customer Success Ops, Marketplace Ops, Revenue Ops, BizOps, or similar operational roles.
  • Experience in a marketplace, gig economy platform, or fast-moving consumer/ SMB ecosystem.
  • Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-level stakeholders and drive strategy.
  • Experience building/managing tools and workflows across Salesforce, Gainsight, Looker, or internal systems.
  • Demonstrated success leading operators or analysts who work across product and GTM.
  • Strong analytical background; SQL proficiency preferred.

  • All other US: $130.1k-$168.3k.
