🎯 Requirements
- 7+ years in pharma/biotech sales or institutional accounts
- Field marketing or HCP marketing experience
- Deep knowledge of healthcare industry, institutional accounts
- Experience in Hematology, Transplant, Rheumatology, Infectious Disease preferred
- Proven track record of managing KOLs and complex accounts
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding business KPIs
- Experience with Veeva and CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Ability to travel up to ~75% of the time
