Third-Party Analyst

📋 Description

• Role within ERC team to support Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM)
\n
• Ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness of vendor data
\n
• Maintain high data quality to reduce third-party risk exposure
\n
• Coordinate intake, onboarding, monitoring, and offboarding of third parties
\n
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Security, Finance, HR, Procurement and Business Teams
\n
• Develop structured workflows to improve efficiency and audit readiness
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• 3+ years in legal ops, vendor mgmt, procurement, or governance
\n
• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience acceptable
\n
• Strong written and spoken communication with senior leaders
\n
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
\n
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
\n
• Experience coordinating with third parties; maintain confidentiality
\n
