Third Party Account Manager

📋 Description

• Serve as the primary contact for brokers and correspondents on Non-QM files.
• Review loan packages to meet submission standards and program guidelines.
• Collect, review, and validate income, asset, credit, and disclosure docs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date LOS status.
• Respond to internal QC or audit findings post-close.
• Provide regular status updates and proactive pipeline management to brokers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in mortgage operations; 2+ years in Non-QM products.
• Strong knowledge of Non-QM guidelines, Third-Party workflows, and loan structuring.
• Experience as Third Party Account Manager, Processor, or Coordinator valued.
• Clear communication and ability to build broker relationships.
• Familiarity with LOS platforms and operational efficiency.
• Self-starter in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
