Thinkific is a platform that helps creators build, market, and sell online courses. We’re hiring a Talent Acquisition Partner to support Research & Development hiring on a 6-month contract. This role is remote for candidates located in Canada.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will collaborate with R&D leadership and cross-functional teams to attract, assess, and hire top technical talent. You will own the end-to-end recruiting process for assigned openings and help deliver a strong candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers in R&D to understand needs and translate them into effective sourcing strategies.
• Source, screen, interview, and close high-quality candidates for technical and research roles.
• Coordinate interview processes, manage candidate experience, and drive timely offers.
• Collaborate with People & Culture to ensure fair and compliant hiring practices.
• Maintain pipelines, track metrics, and continuously improve recruitment processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, ideally supporting R&D or technical teams.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple time zones.
• Experience with ATS systems and recruitment analytics is a plus.

Contract Details

Contract length: 6 months. Location: Distributed - Canada. Work model: remote.
