About the Role

We are seeking an Intermediate Content Designer to join our team. You will craft clear, user-centered content for Thinkific’s platform and product experiences. You’ll collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate requirements into engaging copy, in-app guidance, help text, and documentation that guides learners and creators through Thinkific’s features.

Responsibilities

Create clear, consistent product content across features and flows
Partner with product, design, and engineering to translate requirements into effective copy
Develop content strategy, voice, and style guidelines
Contribute to information architecture and content governance
Support localization and accessibility initiatives
Audit existing content and propose improvements based on user feedback

Requirements

3+ years of content design, UX writing, or related experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating clear, user-focused writing
Excellent editing and storytelling abilities
Experience with content tooling (e.g., Figma, Google Docs)
Ability to translate product requirements into concise, actionable content
Understanding of information architecture and content strategy
