Develop and optimize deposition recipes by tuning temperature and gas flow.
Monitor process with in-situ sensors and metrology for film quality.
Troubleshoot equipment, analyze drifts, and perform root-cause investigations.
Collaborate with process integration, lithography, and etching teams.
Document data and key metrics; contribute to DOE for improvements.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
3+ years hands-on manufacturing OR a bachelor's in engineering.
Bachelor's in materials science or electrical engineering.
3+ years semiconductor deposition in a fab.
Knowledge of ALD, PECVD, LPCVD, PVD, plasma sputtering.
Data analysis and SPC tools (JMP, Excel).
