- Draft, review, and negotiate customer and partner agreements (MSAs, DPAs, NDAs, order forms).
- Advise on risk during negotiations and help close deals efficiently.
- Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and fallback positions.
- Own day-to-day contracting process: intake, approvals, tracking, and record keeping.
- Coordinate with external counsel on jurisdiction-specific topics.
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Compliance and Product to enable business goals.
🎯 Requirements
- Law degree or equivalent; able to work on commercial contracts independently.
- 2–5 years of experience in commercial contracting (in-house or law firm).
- Strong drafting and direct negotiation with business stakeholders.
- Experience with Slack, Google Workspace, Salesforce for deal workflows.
- Comfort using AI tools for drafting, analysis, and process improvement.
- Ability to deliver internal trainings to non-legal teams (GTM) and explain concepts clearly.
