Thermal-Mechanical Manufacturing Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead thermal-mechanical manufacturing and quality initiatives to ensure product success from concept through launch and high-volume production
• Own manufacturing process design for next-gen AI hardware with engineering, operations, TPMs, and vendors
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design and optimize mechanical/thermal solutions for large-scale data centers
• Design and validate processes for chassis, enclosures, cooling, and high-power connections
• Provide hands-on DFM/DFx analysis across design, prototyping, testing, and production
• Research and implement automation techniques to improve manufacturing efficiency and scalability

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• 7+ years in manufacturing engineering, design, simulation, and validation for IT hardware
• Strong CAD tools and FEA proficiency
• Deep understanding of mechanical design, materials, manufacturing methods, and validation tests
• Experience analyzing data, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions
• Strong first-principles problem-solving to support design/manufacturing decisions
