Process and manufacture ceramic fibers, filaments, and powders for next-tier products
Fabricate ceramic billets, tiles, thermal gap fillers, coatings for TPS
Prepare laminate fabrication, surface prep, vacuum bagging; check seals and cure
Document processes precisely to replicate each step in material processing
Perform product inspection and rework as required
Read and interpret engineering drawings with symbols and notes

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
1+ year experience in production or manufacturing operations
Experience setting up assemblies in ovens and high-temperature kilns
Experience with TPS or PICA materials
Skilled in mechanical testing (Instron)
Good math skills
