Maintain, program, and operate robotic/automated systems for heat shield manufacturing and integration.
Provide maintenance on vacuum chambers, thermal chambers, CNC machines, and robotic welders.
Replace electrical components (switches, relays, transformers, sensors) for temp/pressure.
Replace mechanical components (bearings, motors, belts, gears) on equipment.
Support fabrication of ceramic tiles, billets, gap fillers, coatings for TPS.
Document processes precisely to enable repeatable material processing.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency.
3+ years experience with robotic/automated systems and as a technician.
Experience operating/maintaining Kuka, Fanuc, or other 6-axis robots.
PLC programming, robotics, and CNC machines experience.
3+ years electrical troubleshooting; read electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic schematics.
5+ years as a technician; aerospace/auto/semiconductor manufacturing background.
