- Work with the engineering team to design, analyze, build, and test satellite hardware/software.
- Support design trades balancing performance margins, resource use, risk, cost, and schedule.
- Perform thermal analysis on propulsion parts, batteries, electronics, RF, and PCBs.
- Design, evaluate, procure, and test thermal solutions (heaters, heat pipes, TIMs, coatings).
- Develop integration/assembly processes to meet thermal intent; collaborate with I&T.
- Plan and run thermal vacuum tests at component and spacecraft levels.
🎯 Requirements
- Four-year degree in mechanical/aerospace or equivalent (e.g., physics).
- Passion for hardware development; able to work in fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Demonstrated ability to design, build, and test hardware from scratch.
