Conduct thermal analysis and simulations of battery packs/modules with CAE tools.
Develop efficient simulation methods and workflows.
Design and optimize battery thermal management (cold plates, PCM).
Plan and execute thermal testing to validate models.
Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, control, and systems teams.
Document results and recommendations in reports and presentations.

🎯 Requirements

CFD/CAE tools familiarity (STAR-CCM+ or Ansys Fluent)
Heat transfer, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and electrical fundamentals.
Numerical methods and simulation workflows.
Programming: Python or MATLAB/Simulink.
Strong technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
Bonus: eVTOL or electric aircraft experience.
