As a Therapy Technician, you will support physical and occupational therapy care by preparing the treatment areas with proper equipment and materials, assisting patients, and performing procedures under direct supervision of a Physical or Occupational Therapist.
Greet every patient with a smile and uphold SPEARIT values; deliver five-star customer service.
Collaborate in a team-focused SPEAR environment; maintain clinical excellence.
Keep treatment areas clean and organized; assist with equipment and supplies as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

Previous customer service experience
Strong communication and multitasking
Attention to detail and willingness to grow
Athletic experience is a plus
