📋 Description

• As a Therapy Technician, you support physical and occupational therapy care by preparing the treatment areas with the proper equipment and materials, assisting patients, and performing procedures under direct supervision.
• Prepare the treatment areas for patient care.
• Greet patients with a smile and treat everyone with SPEARIT values.
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times.
• Actively listen and guide patients through their exercises under the therapist's prescription.
• Provide a clean, organized environment and manage linens and equipment as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous customer service experience.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and willingness to grow.
• Athletic experience is a plus.
