Therapy Aide

📋 Description

• Assist the therapy department in daily operations to support participant therapy.
• Support therapists in delivering treatment activities for patients.
• Prepare and maintain treatment areas; clean gym, mats, and equipment.
• Assemble and repair simple equipment for elderly participants.
• Help lead recreational activities under the recreational therapist.
• Contribute to a center experience and a caring, inclusive team.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum one year experience with frail or elderly.
• Experience or education in physical, occupational, or recreational therapy.
• Bilingual: Spanish preferred.
• State-issued driver's license and personal transportation.
• Proof of up-to-date immunizations (TB test included).
• Medical clearance for communicable diseases.
