- Manage daily data entry and Intake process for new and existing patients
- Oversee daily operations of incoming document fax server and file in CRM
- Provide review and quality check of incoming documents, associated data entry and organization
- Receive completed paperwork from customers (e.g., agreements, privacy notices, etc.)
- Support company goals; adhere to GMP and FDA regulations
- Document all interactions into CRM per QA/Regulatory and HIPAA guidelines
๐ฏ Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
- Minimum 1 year of healthcare admin/clerical experience with strong customer service and data entry
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Computer competency including MS Office, Google, Internet, and navigation of CRM systems
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
