- 10+ years in biotech/pharma in leadership building clinical teams.
- Proven ability to lead late-stage development and cross-functional work.
- Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of US/global clinical development for biologics/immunology.
- Self-starter with growth mindset; able to multi-task in a fast-paced env.
