You’ll be responsible for creating comprehensive onboarding programs, developing sales playbooks, building training content, and establishing processes that enable our AEs, channel managers, and GTM teams to succeed. You’ll also lead regular training sessions, design review and coaching programs, and work closely with leadership to ensure the team is equipped with the right skills, content, and systems to hit our ambitious growth goals.

Content & Process: Own training content strategy (playbooks, battlecards, resources) while building scalable processes and leveraging tools.
Cross-functional Partnership: Collaborate with Sales Leadership, Marketing, Product, and Operations to ensure alignment and consistent messaging.
Startup DNA: Proven ability to build programs, processes, and content from scratch in a high-growth environment.
