About the Role
As an Outbound Partner Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively expanding our portfolio of Partners by acquiring new organizations for our Partner Program. Your work will focus on active outreach to leads, conducting conversations, and building initial relationships that can develop into valuable strategic partnerships.
Responsibilities Proactively researching and contacting potential business partners in line with the defined growth strategyConducting outbound conversations (phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels) to generate interest in the partner offering and qualify partners for next stagesIdentifying high-potential partners (resellers, integrators, service providers) aligned with our partnership modelCollaborating with the partner and marketing teams on creating materials, campaigns, and acquisition support toolsSystematically building and updating the partner pipeline in the CRMActively reporting progress and insights from conversations, and recommending process improvementsSupporting the early stages of partner cooperation, including initiating onboarding and handing partners over to the appropriate account owner Who We’re Looking For Someone with experience in prospecting, outreach, and acquiring partners or customersStrong proficiency in outbound activities, especially in the context of business partnerships or sales channelsA communicative, results-driven individual with initiative and persistenceSomeone who can quickly build relationships and conduct conversations at the decision-maker levelFamiliarity with CRM tools and outreach channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling)Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment Nice to Have Experience acquiring technology partners (ISVs, integrators, resellers)Knowledge of cloud ecosystems (e.g., Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) or marketplacesExperience working in a B2B SaaS modelCommunicative level of English for working with global partners Why Join Us A role with significant impact on the partner channel strategyWork in a dynamic team where your ideas are valued and implementedA real opportunity to build partnerships from the ground up and see the results of your workThe chance to collaborate with clients and partners across different regions of the world
