HR Operations Generalist (Remote in EMEA)

📋 Description

• Own HR operations across EMEA and APAC.
• Own systems, processes, and compliance.
• Partner with managers, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and vendors.
• Create scalable, compliant operations globally.
• Support employee lifecycle with a human-centered approach.
• HRIS systems management and data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-4 years HR Ops/Generalist experience.
• HRIS administration experience; BambooHR a plus.
• Knowledge of EU employment law (Estonia focus).
• Experience handling employee relations with discretion.
• Experience partnering with payroll providers and EORs.
• Familiar with Jira, Monday, or similar PM tools.
