Test Triage Analyst I

📋 Description

• Perform autonomy system failure and root cause analysis across real-world and real-world tests.
• Collaborate with internal/external domain experts on root cause analysis and severity scoring.
• Synthesize data into reports, feedback, and visualizations for multiple teams.
• Able to quickly use and provide feedback for web-based tools required to perform root cause analysis and analytics.
• Participate in peer-to-peer quality assurance to stay calibrated within the team and Aurora standards.
• Facilitate meetings with internal/external stakeholders and present analytical insights.

• Ability to understand and analyze technical details of system-level failures; root cause analysis, troubleshooting, escalations, and corrective actions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills bridging operations, safety, product, and technical groups.
• Experience creating, executing, and optimizing processes; identify workflow bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Planning and organizational abilities for independent prioritization and follow-through.
