Identify design gaps, ask questions, resolve issues, update docs to prevent recurrence
Maintain a clean, stocked, and orderly work area

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency
1+ years in electromechanical assembly
Associate degree
3+ years hardware testing
Fabricating/debugging harnesses, electro-mechanical assemblies, PCBs
NASA STD 8739.4, IPC-620, J-STD-001 qualifications
