Test Technician

📋 Description

• Execute functional, integration, and regression tests on switches, TAPs, and packet brokers.
• Troubleshoot test failures using diagnostic tools, logs, and schematics.
• Repair PCB assemblies, networking hardware, and related components.
• Mentor and support Test Specialist I team members.
• Document defects with root-cause observations in defect tracking.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering to resolve quality issues.

🎯 Requirements

• Electronics, Ethernet/TCP-IP, and signal integrity concepts.
• Proficiency with oscilloscopes, network analyzers, protocol analyzers, and power supplies.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Excel to document, track, and maintain testing records.
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Associate degree in electronics or networking; bachelor preferred.
